Wow! I am so inspired about the future of retail. We had three great presentations this morning. What I learned is that the space where retailers continue to differentiate themselves is the high educated, high “touch” experiential retail. Great toy/play concept. Great premium roasting concept. Great healthy beauty concept.

Terrific to meet so many young inspiring entrepreneurs who have unlimited potential in business.

As we approach the start of the inaugural “smART: The Art of Retail” Conference in New York, I think back to why we decided to host this conference in the first place…
